The Duffin Cove is a family owned and operated boutique resort.  We have been in operation from 1996.  The owners are Cynthia Dennis, who is from a Small First Nations Village 15 miles north of Tofino called Ahousat.  There are approx 1000 First Nations people who live there.  Her husband Stephen Dennis is from Tofino.  Our Background is from the fishing, diving and timber industry.  Cindy’s husband Steve was in the commercial diving industry for over 17 years and has 15000 hours under water harvesting seafood in the Pacific Northwest from British Columbia to Alaska.  After many years in the resource industry both Steve and Cindy decided to sell all their fishing boats and started into the Tourism industry. 

It has been a very satisfying industry for both and all of their children.  Steve and Cindy and their family have always loved the outdoors and wilderness and it reflects on what they do and thus is a perfect fit.
